Senna is flowering herb that grows best in tropical regions. Its leaves have been traditionally used as a laxative for occasional constipation and are often made into beneficial teas for that purpose.* Keep Nature’s Way Senna Leaves on hand when it’s time to answer the call of nature.*
How to Use
  • Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 2-3 capsules with a full glass of water (8 ounces) at bedtime. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Do not take more than 2-3 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take longer than 7 days as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for long term use.
  • Do not use when nausea or vomiting are present unless directed by a healthcare professional. Do not use if you have history or currently have intestinal disease. Consult a healthcare professional if you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persist over 2 weeks. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
  • NOTICE: This product contains Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
