Website Registration & Accounts

Creating an account with Nature's way, gives you access to your order history and gives you access to manage your shipping addresses.

If you have an account with Nature's Way, please Contact Us, via phone or chat, or if you have a Shop Pay account, please review the Shop App - Email Change documentation.

If you are a registered Nature's Way customer, you can log in to your account and update your addresses, but we do not store credit card information. If you are a Shop Pay customer, please find those steps on their website.

First sign-in, and you will be directed to the Account details section. Here you select “Shipping Addresses,” then you can add a new address, change an existing one by clicking the pencil icon, or remove one by clicking the “REMOVE” link. When changing your address, make your changes and when done, you can “set it as default” and click the update button to save your changes.

When you use Shop Pay, that tool manages your addresses. Please review that process on their website. Edit Shop Pay shipping address and payment methods. If you are in the Nature’s Way checkout, you can edit your address right there.

  • Expand the “Ship to” section.
  • If the address you want to ship to exists, select the address you want.
  • To edit an existing address, select the address, and then click the menu (three vertical dots), select edit. Change your address and click the save button.
  • To add a new address, click “+Use a different address,” enter your new address, don't for get the apartment number if you have one, and then click the save button.

Ordering & Shipping Information

If you’d like to place an online order, you can do so as a guest, or by registering for an account. Registration is not required to place an order though provides the benefit of storing address for future use, and for viewing your order history.

Yes, we offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders over $35.

We begin the shipping process within minutes of order placement, so changes to an order or cancellation are generally not available. Please reach out to our customer service team via live chat, or call 1-800-962-8873 to discuss options.

Most orders are received within 3-5 business days. Order placed before 2pm CT are processed the same day. Holiday shipping may impact shipping timelines.

All our packages are shipped out UPS, but they partner with the U.S. Post Office(USPS) on many deliveries. You can expect your package to arrive by UPS or USPS.

We do not currently offer international shipping. Residents of Canada, can place orders via NaturesWayCanada.ca.

Subscribe & Save

Nature's Way® Subscribe & Save is a convenient way to get your favorite supplements delivered to your door at a discounted price. Simply choose the products you want, select a delivery frequency, and you're all set. You'll save 15% on all subscription deliveries, and there's no minimum order size or commitment (shipping fees may still apply). You can cancel, pause or modify at anytime in the Manage Subscription section of your account.

It’s easy to subscribe! To get started, simply choose the product you want and opt for "Subscribe & save" instead of "One-time purchase." Next, select your preferred delivery schedule from the drop-down menu, with options available for delivery every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days. Afterward, click on "Add to cart," and your item will be ready for purchase at a 15% discount. You have the flexibility to proceed to checkout or add additional items to your cart. To easily manage your subscription, its recommended to set up a free Nature’s Way® account before finalizing your purchase or simply click the link found in your confirmation email.

You do not have to create an account to use our “Subscribe & Save” program. Without an account, you will check out as a guest and then access your subscriptions through a link that will be emailed to you after purchase. To make any changes, you will need to use that same link to access the subscriptions page or go to sign in and select "Click Here" under "need help with your subscription?" However, creating an account on Nature’s Way® is free and will allow you to easily manage your subscriptions as well as your preferred payment method and delivery address all in one place.

When you are on a product page, you can select either a One-Time Purchase (OTP) or Subscribe & Save (SS). The OTP item(s) and Subscribe & Save (SS) items in your cart are subject to shipping costs of $4.99 if your order total is less than $35. Only SS items are delivered based on your selected frequency. Your cart can have a combination of OTP and SS products, depending on your needs.

You have the flexibility to modify your subscribed items at any time before your order is processed. You may cancel, skip a delivery, adjust the frequency of deliveries, and remove items to your upcoming orders. Find our more details in the FAQ section of the Subscribe & Save page.

To manage your subscriptions, sign in to your account. If you have a Nature's Way account, use your email and password to login. If you checked out as a Guest, Click here under, "Need help accessing your subscriptions?" Enter your email address, click "get access code," and an access code will be emailed to you. The code lasts only 4 minutes.

Our products can be found at a variety of online retailers, health food stores, and large retailers, as well as direct via our website.

Not all of our products are on our website. Please reach out to Customer Service with questions and they will assist in finding a reseller that carries your favorite products.

We offer over 400 unique products to support a wide variety of wellness needs. The majority of these products are available through our website, however there are some that are available exclusively through our retailer partners.
