What are the benefits of creating an account with Nature's Way?
Creating an account with Nature's way, gives you access to your order history and gives you access to manage your shipping addresses.
My email address has changed, how can I update it?
If you have an account with Nature's Way, please Contact Us, via phone or chat, or if you have a Shop Pay account, please review the Shop App - Email Change documentation.
If you have a Google Pay account, please review their website for more information.
My address and or credit card has changed, how do I update it?
If you are a registered Nature's Way customer, please followthese instructions to manage your addresses:
First sign-in, and you will be directed to the Accountdetails section. Here you select “Shipping Addresses,” then you can add a newaddress, change an existing one by clicking the pencil icon, or remove one byclicking the “REMOVE” link. When changing your address, make your changes andwhen done, you can “set it as default” and click the update button to save yourchanges.
Nature's Way does not store your credit card information.

Do I need to sign up on your website to purchase products online?
If you’d like to place an online order, you can do so as a guest, or by registering for an account. Registration is not required to place an order though provides the benefit of storing address for future use, and for viewing your order history.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders over $35.
How do I make a change to an order I've already placed?
We begin the shipping process within minutes of order placement, so changes to an order or cancellation are generally not available. Please reach out to our Customer Care Team via live chat or call 1-800-962-8873 to discuss options.
How soon should I expect to receive my order?
Most orders are received within 3-5 business days. Orders will ship same day if received by 3:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
What delivery service ships out your orders?
All our packages are shipped out UPS.
How do I place a larger order for resale within my business?
Visit our Authorized Reseller page to create a retailer account, place a quick order, or view the full product catalog.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently offer international shipping. Residents of Canada, can place orders via NaturesWayCanada.ca.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
Do you ship to Military Bases?
No, we cannot ship to Military Bases.
What is Nature’s Way® Subscribe & Save?
Nature's Way® Subscribe & Save is a convenient way to get your favorite supplements delivered to your door at a discounted price. Simply choose the products you want, select a delivery frequency, and you're all set. You'll save 15% on all subscription deliveries, and there's no minimum order size or commitment (shipping fees may still apply). You can cancel, pause or modify at anytime in the Manage Subscription section of your account.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
It’s easy to subscribe! To get started, simply choose the product you want and opt for "Subscribe & save" instead of "One-time purchase." Next, select your preferred delivery schedule from the drop-down menu, with options available for delivery every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days. Afterward, click on "Add to cart," and your item will be ready for purchase at a 15% discount. You have the flexibility to proceed to checkout or add additional items to your cart. To easily manage your subscription, its recommended to set up a free Nature’s Way® account before finalizing your purchase or simply click the link found in your confirmation email.
Do I have to create a Nature’s Way® account to use Subscribe & Save?
You do not have to create an account to use our “Subscribe & Save” program. Without an account, you will check out as a guest and then access your subscriptions through a link that will be emailed to you after purchase. To make any changes, you will need to use that same link to access the subscriptions page or go to sign in and select "Click Here" under "need help with your subscription?" However, creating an account on Nature’s Way® is free and will allow you to easily manage your subscriptions as well as your preferred payment method and delivery address all in one place.

What's the difference between One Time Purchase (OTP) and Subscribe & Save (SS)?
When you are on a product page, you can select either a One-Time Purchase (OTP) or Subscribe & Save (SS). The OTP item(s) and Subscribe & Save (SS) items in your cart are subject to shipping costs of $4.99 if your order total is less than $35. Only SS items are delivered based on your selected frequency. Your cart can have a combination of OTP and SS products, depending on your needs.
Can I manage my Subscriptions?
You have the flexibility to modify your subscribed items at any time before your order is processed. You may cancel, skip a delivery, adjust the frequency of deliveries, and remove items to your upcoming orders. Find our more details in the FAQ section of the Subscribe & Save page.
How do I Sign in to manage my subscriptions?
To manage your subscriptions, sign in to your account. If you have a Nature's Way account, use your email and password to login. If you checked out as a Guest, Click here under, "Need help accessing your subscriptions?" Enter your email address, click "get access code," and an access code will be emailed to you. The code lasts only 4 minutes.
Where can I find Nature's Way products?
Our products can be found at a variety of online retailers, health food stores, and large retailers, as well as direct via our website.
I cannot find one of your products on your website.
Not all of our products are on our website. Please reach out to Customer Care with questions and they will assist in finding a reseller that carries your favorite products.
Are all Nature’s Way products available on your website?
We offer over 400 unique products to support a wide variety of wellness needs. The majority of these products are available through our website, however there are some that are available exclusively through our retailer partners.
