Website Registration & Accounts

Creating an account with Nature's way, gives you access to your order history and gives you access to manage your shipping addresses.

If you have an account with Nature's Way, please Contact Us, via phone or chat, or if you have a Shop Pay account, please review the Shop App - Email Change documentation.

If you are a registered Nature's Way customer, you can log in to your account and update your addresses, but we do not store credit card information. If you are a Shop Pay customer, please find those steps on their website.

First sign-in, and you will be directed to the Account details section. Here you select “Shipping Addresses,” then you can add a new address, change an existing one by clicking the pencil icon, or remove one by clicking the “REMOVE” link. When changing your address, make your changes and when done, you can “set it as default” and click the update button to save your changes.

When you use Shop Pay, that tool manages your addresses. Please review that process on their website. Edit Shop Pay shipping address and payment methods. If you are in the Nature’s Way checkout, you can edit your address right there.

  • Expand the “Ship to” section.
  • If the address you want to ship to exists, select the address you want.
  • To edit an existing address, select the address, and then click the menu (three vertical dots), select edit. Change your address and click the save button.
  • To add a new address, click “+Use a different address,” enter your new address, don't for get the apartment number if you have one, and then click the save button.

Ordering & Shipping Information

If you’d like to place an online order, you can do so as a guest, or by registering for an account. Registration is not required to place an order though provides the benefit of storing address for future use, and for viewing your order history.

Yes, we offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders over $35.

We begin the shipping process within minutes of order placement, so changes to an order or cancellation are generally not available. Please reach out to our customer service team via live chat, or call 1-800-962-8873 to discuss options.

Most orders are received within 3-5 business days. Order placed before 2pm CT are processed the same day. Holiday shipping may impact shipping timelines.

We use UPS to ship out your order. There are a few restrictions with this process: no PO Boxes and we cannot deliver to Military Bases. We are working on that and hope to have those options available to you very soon.

We do not currently offer international shipping. Residents of Canada, can place orders via NaturesWayCanada.ca.

Our products can be found at a variety of online retailers, health food stores, and large retailers, as well as direct via our website.

Not all of our products are on our website. Please reach out to Customer Service with questions and they will assist in finding a reseller that carries your favorite products.

We offer over 400 unique products to support a wide variety of wellness needs. The majority of these products are available through our website, however there are some that are available exclusively through our retailer partners.
