Our Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is cold pressed, as are Nature’s Way’s Coconut Oil soft gels. However, our Liquid Coconut Oil is not. All products are produced using hexane-free processes and contain medium-chain triglycerides.
Fish oil supplements are made from oily or fatty fish, like anchovy, salmon, sardines, tuna, and mackerel. However, Nature's Way Krill Oil is made from Antarctic krill, tiny shrimp-like crustaceans. Each is a source of omega-3s.
