Adults take 2 capsules twice daily. Best taken with meals. Do not exceed recommended dose.Warning
Not recommended for use if peptic ulcer, gastritis, or heartburn are present. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Keep tightly closed. Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight.Calcium absorption is optimal with normal mealtime stomach acidity. The acid of the stomach helps break up calcium so it can be absorbed in the intestines. Those without optimal stomach acidity, such as older people, may not absorb calcium as well as others.
