PAYMENT

  • Line of Credit: Terms are 2/10 net 30 days from date of invoice (credit card orders excluded). Unpaid balances will bear interest at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) Lines of credit are subject to credit review and approval.
  • Credit Card: American Express, Visa, Discover and MasterCard
  • Customer charged $25 for checks returned for non-sufficient funds.
  • All prices subject to change without notice.
  • All federal, state, provincial, local taxes, duties, fees, or other costs and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders will not be processed on delinquent accounts.


SHIPPING

  • Order value calculated at net invoiced amount (after discounts).
  • Orders Under $200: Customer charged $11.95 shipping fee.
  • Orders $200 and Over: No charge for standard shipping.
  • Orders over 150 lbs will ship via LTL or TL service.
  • Orders shipping outside the contiguous U.S. may have longer shipping timelines.
  • Customer pays shipping charges if overnight or other upgraded shipping is requested.
  • Standard lead time is 7 business days, not including the day the purchase order is received.


OVER, SHORT, AND DAMAGED

  • Shipping discrepancies are to be reported at the time of delivery or within 5 business days of receipt. Nature’s Way will consider any claim invalid when initial notification is provided more than 5 business days after receipt. Documentation should be provided to Customer Care at 1-800-225-9245 or NWCare@NaturesWay.com
  • Discrepancies are subject to verification by Nature’s Way®. Credit will be issued for approved shortages or damages at the originally invoiced price. Allow up to 10 business days for the processing of credits.


RETURNS

  • Nature’s Way® items cannot be returned unless there is a validated shipment discrepancy (OS&D) or quality concern. Credits and returns will not be considered for non-defective product including, but not limited to, products that are (a) discontinued by vendor or customer, (b) underperforming and/or overstocked items, or (c) short-dated, expired, or out-of-date.
  • All products will ship with adequate remaining shelf life. Product shipping shelf-life details are available upon request.
  • All returns require a Product Return Authorization Number (PRAN). Returns will not be accepted without this authorization.
  • Nature’s Way® will inspect returned product and verify quantities.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if there is suspicion of fraud or abuse in any part of our return program.


MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP)

  • Nature’s Way Brands, LLC has adopted a unilateral Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP Policy) designed to protect the long-term strength and integrity of its brands and retailers’ investment in Nature’s Way and its products. The MAP Policy applies to all advertised prices, not the prices at which products are sold, and each retailer is free to set its actual resale price independently. Nature’s Way monitors the advertised prices of retailers either directly or via the use of a third-party agency or tool and will notify sellers in writing if the MAP Policy is violated.


OTHER

  • Our standard invoice terms and conditions shall apply to all product purchases.
  • Purchase order content or other correspondence from Customer will not modify or add to these terms and conditions, which shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to its “conflicts of laws” provisions.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
