Our Guarantee To You

We believe our obsession with quality makes for better supplements. It’s why we devote time and resources to rigorously test and approve our products. It’s also why we offer a 45-day satisfaction guarantee when you purchase your Nature’s Way product from or an authorized seller.

45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be confident in the Nature’s Way product you’ve selected for your wellness routine. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Nature’s Way product you purchased for personal use from us or one of our authorized sellers, we want to make it right.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 45 days of the date of your purchase for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges. Please keep your packing slip or confirmation email for proof of purchase. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges.

We reserve the right to request the product be shipped back to us in its original packaging at the customer’s expense and we do not assume responsibility for lost or misdirected returns. Please note that clearance items, as well as short-dated and expired product are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

How to Submit Your Claim

To obtain a refund for product purchased directly on, or if you are unable to obtain a refund from the authorized seller from which you purchased your product, please call one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-962-8873. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. Upon approval of your request, you will then need to mail your Nature’s Way product, a proof of purchase (such as your receipt), and your Guarantee approval confirmation number to:

Your Guarantee request must be submitted within 45 days of the date of your purchase, and you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase. All refunds issued will be for the product purchase price, exclusive of taxes and fees. If you select a replacement product instead of a refund, you may select a product of equal or lesser value.

Our 45-day guarantee only applies to products sold on or by authorized sellers of Nature’s Way products. This is because we’re unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers. Nature’s Way reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, request return of product and to deny Guarantee requests in its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if an individual has abused the Nature’s Way 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
