Frequently Asked Questions
- Sign in to your subscription.
- From the Manage Subscriptions menu select the product you want to cancel the subscription for.
- Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription.
- Follow prompts until you see confirmation.
- Sign in to your subscription.
- Enter your email address
- Receive an email with a onetime use code. (Code will expire in 4 minutes. Check your spam, junk, or clutter folders.)
- Enter code
- Your Subscription Management will be shown. Each product in your subscription is listed separately. You should see:
- Active Subscriptions with each product listed below and next to each product a link, “Manage this subscription.”
- Click the “Manage this subscription” link just below the product price and frequency.
- Note: if you don't see this, click the manage subscriptions button. This is lower on the screen in mobile"
- You’ll see the product with image and name and subscription details:
- Reschedule and Skip Subscription buttons.
- Your Subscription to “product name” – this section allows you to update your subscrption.
- An option to swap for a different product
- Cancel subscription is as the end, click this.
- Cancel subscription.
- You will be asked, would you like to pause instead? Click Cancel subscription
- You will be asked why you want to cancel; Select an option and click Next.
- You will be asked to provide feedback. Enter comments and click Confirm cancellation
- You will see a confirmation message saying that your subscrption was cancelled.
- By canceling your subscription, you will have canceled future orders, not current orders that are being processed. Please remember that if you have multiple products in your subscription, each product must be cancelled. Click “Go to your account” to review your subscriptions.
- Sign in to your account.
- Under Subscriptions, find the product you want to change and click Manage this subscription.
- In the "Your subscription to "product name" section, frequency is listed as "Every x days." Use the drop down to select the shipping frequency you want (30, 45, 60 90 days).
- Click “Save Changes”
This update to your order frequency will affect future orders, not current orders that are being processed. Please note, if your current order has already been processed, we are unable to make changes to the order. If you have a subscription with multiple products, please review those items as well. The frequency update may not automatically apply to all products.

- Click “Save Changes”
This update to the quantity of an item will affect future orders, not current orders that are being processed. Please note that if your current order has already processed, we are unable to make changes to such order.

- You can click the "Send Now" button to have your next order processed today. Or you can click the "Reschedule" button to change the date. Click "Save Changes" when finished.

- Click the "Send Edit Payment Link" button. This will trigger an email to you. Follow the prompts in the email to change your credit card and, or billing address.
