When you are on a product page, you can select either a one-time purchase (OTP) or Subscribe & Save (SS). The OTP item(s) and Subscribe & Save (SS) items in your cart are subject to shipping costs of $4.99 if your order total is less than $35. Only SS items are delivered based on your selected frequency. Your cart can have a combination of OTP and SS products, depending on your needs.

Nature's Way® Subscribe & Save is a convenient way to get your favorite supplements delivered to your door at a discounted price. Simply choose the products you want, select a delivery frequency, and you're all set. You'll save 15% on all subscription deliveries, and there's no minimum order size or commitment (shipping fees may still apply). You can cancel, pause or modify at any time in the Manage Subscriptions section of your Account.

It’s easy to subscribe! To get started, simply choose the product you want and opt for "Subscribe & Save" instead of "One-Time Order." Next, select your preferred delivery schedule from the drop-down menu, with options available for delivery every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days. Afterward, click on "Add to cart," and your item will be ready for purchase at a 15% discount. You have the flexibility to proceed to checkout or add additional items to your cart. To easily manage your subscription, it's recommended to set up a free Nature’s Way® account before finalizing your purchase or simply click the link found in your confirmation email.

You receive 15% off your favorite products when they auto-renew, excluding taxes and shipping. Shipping is free for orders of $35 or more, excluding taxes and shipping.

You do not have to create an account to use our “Subscribe & Save” program. Without an account, you will check out as a guest and then access your subscriptions through a link that will be emailed to you after purchase. To make any changes, you will need to use that same link to access the subscriptions page. However, creating an account on Nature’s Way® is free and will allow you to easily manage your subscriptions as well as your preferred payment method and delivery address all in one place.

Shipping is free on subscription orders of $35 or more (excluding applicable taxes). When you purchase one or more products on a subscription, and your order is less than $35, your shipping cost is $4.99.

You have the flexibility to modify your subscribed items at any time before your order is processed. You may cancel, skip a delivery, adjust the frequency of deliveries, and remove items to your upcoming orders. Once your subscription is setup, just Sign in to get started. If you have a Nature's Way account, use your email and password to login. If you checked out as a Guest, Click here under, "Need help accessing your subscriptions?" Enter your email address, click "get access code," and an access code will be emailed to you. The code only lasts 4 minutes.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click “Manage Subscriptions”
  3. Click “Subscriptions”
  4. Click on the subscribed product(s) you’d like to cancel.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom and click on “Cancel Subscription”. By canceling your subscription, you will have canceled future orders, not current orders that are being processed.

  3. Click “Subscriptions”
  4. Click on the subscribed product(s) you’d like to change.
  5. Scroll down and select “order frequency”.
  6. Use the drop down to select your shipping frequency (30, 45, 60 90 days).
  7. Click “Update Frequency”. This update to your order frequency will affect future orders, not current orders that are being processed. Please note that if your current order has already processed, we are unable to make changes to such order.

  5. Scroll down and select “quantity”.
  6. Use the arrows to select the quantity you want.
  7. Click “Update Quantity”. This update to the quantity of an item will affect future orders, not current orders that are being processed. Please note that if your current order has already processed, we are unable to make changes to such order.

  4. Scroll down and click "Order date."
  5. Select the rescheduled date from the calendar. (use the right and left arrows to change the month)
  6. Click Update next order date. This update to your next shipment date will affect future orders, not current orders that are being processed. Please note that if your current order has already processed, we are unable to make changes to such order.

Yes, you can. We realize that not all products will be needed on the same schedule. That’s why you can create subscriptions for different delivery periods, whether it’s 30, 45, 60 or 90 days. With our service, you can set up what you need, when you need it, for as long as you need. Each subscription can be managed in your Account.
