The ingredient

Pelargonium sidoides  1X is a clinically proven homeopathic active ingredient derived from South African geranium. Proven effective in 20 studies over 30 years, it is one of the most clinically researched herbally derived homeopathic ingredients for the treatment of colds and coughs worldwide.  Pelargonium sidoides 1X has been shown in multiple studies to reduce the severity and shorten the duration of upper respiratory symptoms such as cough, congestion, and sore throat (in adults and kids as young as one year old).
